Shipping Policy

Delivery is free within Italy, while shipping costs apply to other European countries, varying by country.

If you are in Italy, delivery takes 2-5 business days. For other European countries, the delivery time is 3-7 business days.

Please note that it takes an average of 1-3 business days to process your order before shipping. We assure you that we are doing everything in our power to deliver your order as soon as possible! Please consider any holidays that may affect delivery times. If you need to receive your order quickly, we recommend placing your order as early as possible. The earlier you order, the sooner it will be shipped.

For Pre-Order or Back-Ordered Items: If your order contains a pre-order or back-ordered item, we will ship all available items immediately and ship the pre-order or back-ordered items as soon as they become available. So, if you ordered multiple items in one order and only receive part of your order, don’t worry, the remaining items will arrive shortly.

Tracking Your Order: You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS (if you provided a mobile number) containing a tracking ID and a link to follow your package's journey. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. If you are unsure of your tracking ID, you can use our order search form here. Please allow 1-3 business days for tracking information to appear.

Disclaimer for Incorrect Address: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided the wrong shipping address.

Lost/Stolen Packages: WADA POWER is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking information indicates that the package was delivered to your address but you did not receive it, please report it to the respective carrier using the information provided on our tracking page.
