Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns are free within 30 days, but after 30 days, the customer must cover the shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, never worn or used, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day Reflection Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, never worn or used, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund.
